Aberdeen Football Captain and Scotland Internationalist Paul Hartley shares his experiences of training with Alan Strachan
Scottish International footballer Paul Hartley prepared himself in a very different way for the season ahead this summer by working with Hamilton personal trainer Alan Strachan.
The Aberdeen captain who joined The Dons from Bristol City decided to seek the services of Lanarkshire's most in demand trainer.
Paul said "I made a decision to work with Alan for 4 weeks after him being highly recommended to me and was delighted I made that decision. Not only did Alan concentrate on every aspect of my all round fitness but Alan's nutritional knowledge also was valuable to me, I can honestly say it's the sharpest I've felt going into a season."
Alan said "It was a pleasure working with Paul and help a highly respected Scottish Footballer gain more from his fitness levels."
